The Language of Facilitation is a programme designed  for facilitators for whom English is not their first language. This training will empower you to lead facilitated sessions with confidence. You will master the language needed to spark reflection, build consensus, and support meaningful, participatory processes across cultures.

There are two editions. Each has 8 x 2.5 hours of group sessions plus 2 x 1 hour one-to-one sessions with David.

🌍🇬🇧 - The International Edition is 100% total immersion in English. No other language is used. This suits a B2+/C1 level of English. 

🇫🇷🇬🇧 - The French Edition is almost 100% total immersion in English. French is used to translate expressions and vocabulary and instructions may be given in French from time to time. B2 is the level required to join the masterclass series.

David can provide you with a free 40 question multiple choice answer test to determine which of the above is best for you. A minimum of 30/40 is required to participate in The International Edition. To participate in The French Edition you must reach a minimum of 20/40 and be a fluent French speaker. French speakers who reach over 30/40 should consider doing The International Edition for added immersion. The content and structure is the same for both editions.

Sending you the test simply allows your result to be kept on record and measure your progress. Requesting the test does not commit you in any way to joining the series.)
