- Why? Because every transformation begins with a clear, shared vision. This workshop brings together the ideas, dreams and aspirations of a group to build together a powerful image of the future. The aim is to create a collective vision, rooted in shared values and ambitions, to guide action in a coherent and motivating way.
- Where? The workshop can be held face-to-face, in a place conducive to concentration and creativity (seminar room, nature area, third-party venue, etc.), or remotely, thanks to an adapted and dynamic online animation.
- When? The duration is flexible according to your needs, but the workshop ideally takes place over half a day to a full day. It can be part of a strategic seminar, a project launch, or a key moment in the life of an organization.
- How many participants? The format is suitable for groups of 6 to 50 people. It allows everyone to express themselves, to be heard and to contribute to shaping a common future. For groups of over 20 participants, co-facilitators may be required.
- How does it work? The workshop follows a structured, participative methodology. It begins with a phase of inspiration, then invites participants to freely imagine a desirable future. From this vision, the group identifies key elements and formulates them into mobilizing messages. The process concludes with a time of sharing, consolidation and collective appropriation.
