I was born in Dublin and have been based in France since 2001, working alongside professionals from every sector. Since then, I have helped teams and individuals clarify their purpose, define their strategy, and move forward with confidence.

As a fully-trained facilitator, I specialise in creating the conditions for meaningful conversations that lead to real progress. Whether you want to create a shared vision, solve a problem, identify your values, develop a strategy,or draw up an action plan, I am here to support you. I use proven methods to help groups make sense of their challenges, unlock collective insight, and reach genuine consensus on the way forward.

I also offer a three-day Initiation to Facilitation course designed for those who want to bring facilitation into their own practice. This hands-on training equips participants with the mindset and tools to lead more inclusive, effective, and engaging meetings, whether in-house or with external stakeholders.

I hold a Degree in French and history, a Higher Diploma in Cultural Tourism and a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management . I am a certified Scrum Master and certified Agile Coach. I have received four Certificates of Appreciation from the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) for my voluntary contributions to the profession, and currently serve on both the IAF’s European & Middle East and Global Leadership teams. I am also the president of IAF Ireland.

If you are looking for clarity, alignment, or momentum in your work, I invite you to get in touch. Together we will explore your story and identify what is really at stake. This initial conversations will a deep dive into your context in order to understand your challenges and discover the right facilitation approach for your group.

My work is always grounded in care, professionalism and fully respects the IAF code of ethics which you can download here.
