Build consensus in your organisation with ease

  • Why? When discussions get bogged down, when ideas come and go, or when an important decision is slow to emerge, it is essential to create real common ground. This workshop enables a group to build a clear, shared and mobilizing consensus which will allow them to advance.

  • Where? The workshop can be carried out face-to-face or remotely. Whether in a meeting room, an inspiring third-party venue, an associative space or by videoconference, the key is to create an environment conducive to listening, concentration and co-construction.

  • When? As soon as a collective issue emerges: blockage, need to clarify a direction, launch of a new project... The workshop adapts to your pace, and lasts, generally, half a day. This depends on the complexity of the situation.

  • How many participants? Between 5 and 20 people, to ensure a diversity of viewpoints while maintaining a fluid dynamic and a genuine quality of exchange. For groups of over 20 participants, co-facilitators may be required.

  • How does it work? In a few simple but powerful steps, the group moves forward together: understanding the context, exploring the root causes, coming up with promising ideas, and drawing up a concrete action plan. The facilitator encourages listening, cooperation and the enhancement of each individual's contribution.
