Identify your organisation’s values with ease

  • Why? When issues are becoming complex, decisions are struggling to emerge or the energy of the collective seems dispersed, it's time to take some structured time to bring solutions to the surface with clarity and ease. This workshop enables you to take a step aside, overcome blockages and align participants around a constructive dynamic.

  • Where? The workshop can be held face-to-face or remotely, as you prefer. Whether in a meeting room, a community center, a third-party venue or by videoconference, the important thing is to create an environment conducive to listening, concentration and co-construction.

  • When? As soon as a turning point looms: strategic decision-making, the need to clarify a shared vision, the desire to mobilize a group around a common project. The workshop adapts to your reality, and generally lasts half a day. All depends on the depth of the subject.

  • How many participants? From 6 to 20 people, just enough to guarantee a diversity of ideas, while maintaining a fluid dynamic and room for expression for everyone. For groups of over 20 participants, co-facilitators may be required.

  • How does it work?
